So many great takeaways but quite possible her references to transformation being holistic - mind, heart, body, talent (skills + passion) were my biggest takeaway.

 How do we integrate these elements? 

• Just because we've learned something doesn't mean we have the capability.
• Coaching plays a pivotal role in this
• The coaches role is to prepare someone for the new role and the coach and the client partner to identify training
• COVID has impacted the way in which we operate - what happens to the 20%

I was inspired this morning in a workshop entitled "Addressing bias in the workplace – A kōrero with Hiraina Tangiora" with three heavyweight mana wāhine. I have noted my key takeaways from each speaker below.

• There is bias (cultural, sexism, ageism, etc), and there are microaggressions - so what are we going to do about it?
• Bias is about power, and how do we gain that power? and why at the expense of everyone else?
• Equity is not the same as Tangata Tiriti
• Advice: Work collectively
